Saturday was my ‘graduation’ day from P90X3! I’m so happy with my results, especially considering a FEW things:
- I followed the modifications demonstrated in the videos or modified the moves myself, a LOT. I never used a chin-up bar, did pushups mostly on my knees, and my max weight used for any workout was
12 lbs. - I followed my meal plan probably 90% of the time.
Here is the Meal Plan I created & used, based on the Nutrition Guide that came with the P90X3 program!
~I had some hiccups along the way, including a weeklong vacation and about a total of 3 weeks where I had to omit certain workouts from the program or miss days because of my neck/back issues. I basically took a ‘pause’ a few times and picked back up when I was able. So it ended up taking me a 120-day time frame to complete the 90 days.
~I’m NOT naturally an athletic person. I’m 40 years old and FINALLY found workouts I LIKE less than 2 years ago. That’s a whole lot of years of being an EXERCISE HATER lol!
I’m so excited about sharing this because I know there are SO many of you who are afraid to just START. You don’t have to be an athlete to do this program. You don’t have to be in great shape already to get started. I swear, if I can do this, YOU CAN DO THIS!
If YOU are ready to MAKE A CHANGE and would like support, SEND ME AN EMAIL at leah@leahborski.com
We can talk about P90X3, or find another program that is best suited to your needs.
You just have to DECIDE to DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT, so you can FEEL & LOOK DIFFERENT. Having support and the tools to tell me EXACTLY what I needed to do made ALL the difference for me and ultimately led to my success. I could NOT have done this on my own, and I can’t wait to be your support and go through this journey with you!
