I once had a woman at the grocery store notice me putting a jar of wheat germ in my cart and ask what I use it for. She said she’d heard it was supposed to be good for you but didn’t know how to use it. So I told her. And in a minute I’m going to tell you. But first, in case you’re not sure why you should even want to put it in your cart, here are a few great reasons:
