I agree; for our second year of blogging, it is our goal to be focused and to do the work with the highest impact toward our future success instead of simply being busy (which is how it feels sometimes). Thanks for reminding us that busy isn’t always better.

Personal retreats are amazing, but it is SO important to find small, easy practices that we can weave into everyday so that we can stop the patterns that are leading us to burnout. Do you have anything you enjoy that you can include in your routine for at least 10 minutes every day?
